Before any city will become smart city it municipality who should have vision and understanding to make the city. They had made the road but forget that drain is also equally important and now they are breaking the road and making the same, just waste of public money, and even after realizing now it is of no use because the road has become drain now. In case if you want to see just go to Nalanda colony,ramchandrapur .

I would like to add here that please Ban the use of Plastic for the purposes like groceries and other places where it is not actually required. In these places we take this redundantly and just after going home we throw it in dustbin.
