Bihar sharif will strive for planned development and reduce ecological foot prints City will control its Urban Sprawl, promote mix use and compactness, adopt suitable land pooling practices and land recycling techniques, and incorporate building structure safety norms to mitigate Natural Hazards.

All citizens should feel represented in the city government . Engagement should move from provision of accountability mechanisms like feedback/complaints systems to proactive outreach to solicit feedback from citizens.

City shall boast of its natural, built and cultural heritage by conserving, developing and promoting its assets. Heritage structures will be conserved and blended with urban fabric, natural assets will be developed with utmost eco-sensitivity, and cultural heritage shall be promoted through cultural events .

City shall create an enabling environment for establishing industries and business by; provision of infrastructure, adequate power supply, easing compliance process, supply of new developed land, policy support for industrial growth, adopting regenerative measures, and generating a skilled workforce etc.
