The SPV for Biharsharif SCP will be established as a public limited company under the Indian Companies Act 2013, with initial paid up capital in the ratio of 50:50 from GoB and BMC.

The SPV for Biharsharif SCP will be established as a public limited company under the Indian Companies Act 2013, with initial paid up capital in the ratio of 50:50 from GoB and BMC.
