India's import bill for electronics is going over the roof each passing day. Govt should urgently allot 1 sez near port to facilitate low end low cost mobile and laptop manufacturing. Taiwan companies should be the partner on this (Lenovo and Foxconn).

It must be mandatory for all Govt employees and especially the officers to use only the official email account for all official correspondence. Else it should be considered void and hence not alloeed thru Govt portals.

Making India as Digital India is quite an impressive step towards the development of the country, but have we thought about how to deal with Cyber Crime? Govt is unable to even appoint a judge for the Applette tribunal from last 3-4 years, so how one can even imagine to get the justice if he is a victim of cyber crime. Many youngsters are very tech savvy but they are jobless, so some times they are trapped with the Nigerians and get involved into the cyber crime.

Indian govt. should use television media to start a program aimed at connecting people with govt at national stage. The program can be used as a platform for people to share their experiences with govt, simple solutions to common problems, good practice at some location which is replicable at another location and suggestions.
