Why don't Government should start make in india. Goverment should start Manufacturing the materials which are user by government offices, and all the government offices must and should purchase the materials from here only. Goverment is already manufacturing few materials but it should think of manufacturing all the materials which are used in varies Govt offices.Like this there is no problem of marketing also.

Till date an online RTI portal https://rtionline.gov.in/index.php developed by Central Govt of India to seek RTI applications / first appeals for all the ministries / departments and few other public authorities of Central Govt only is available.
There is no online RTI portal for filing RTI queries on ministries / departments and local civic bodies of State Govts.
I humbly request you Sir to kindly implement an online RTI portal in line with https://rtionline.gov.in/ for all the State Govts along with payment gateway so that RTI queries can be raised online by general public.
As you are aware, RTI queries can be tracked better if this kind of online portal is developed.
Regards.

For purchasing a stationery and other materials for government office it may be 1 or 2 items or in a bulk instead of going to DGS&D rates or tender or quotation, the government should design a official web site and mention a price for each product so that any body can view the price easily and can purchase the materials within that price by just putting that reference without any quotation or DGS&D rate or any tender. This way we can save very much time which can be wasted in file movement.

Govt. should control on market shopkeeper which does not follow the Rules of Govt. and tight them at the leve of Department wise like as which does not want to registered and which does not care to wieght the weight of cardboars with the sweets. I have very bad experience of a shopkeeper sitated in North Delhi, Ghantaghat which was weighing Cardboard box with sweets when I oppose him he baddly querall with me. Govt. shold take action against this type of peple for the welfare of society.

Professor (Emeritus) Arogyaswami Joseph Paulraj, Stanford University, has been awarded the prestigious 2014 Marconi Society Prize. His idea for using multiple antennas at both the transmitting and receiving stations - which is at the heart of the current high speed WiFi and 4G mobile systems - has revolutionized high speed wireless delivery of multimedia services for billions of people. He can be invited to India to head our National Electronics policy.

Sir,
Our youth today is facing menace of easy-access to pornographic material through internet. Such material is known to incite degraded behavior and leads to higher crime rates against women and children.
Our company (at Varanasi) has made software technology for blocking of such sites. It can be utilized by ISPs and Govt for country-wide blocking of sites.
This scanner is available for verification:
