1.opening more and more public libraries at various levels like schools, government offices, Panchayats with good collection of books on all the topics.
2.Now a days ebook reading is increasing day by day hence government should come up with some ebook reading devices which can be available for students at very cheap prizes like "Aakash tablet".

We need more Public Libraries at the Panchayat level for rural areas and under the Muncipal Corporation.People of all ages should be allowed to go and browse the books inside a large library and borrow it for a nominal fee. In Chennai we have only 1 Public Library for the entire city and the books are mainly in the vernacular. In villages the word Library doesnt exsist. 1 more IIT hardly makes any difference but 1000 villages having Public Libraries do even if they have only books on few topics.

-I dont want net neutrality to be defined by telecom companies.
-telecom companies should not get the power to decide what people want to watch on the internet,it should be decided by the people and they should not charge differently for different websites
-I want to be able to access anything, anytime without having to pay more for it separately.
-I dont want licensing for whats app, viber or any other app that i use.
