The draft National Book Promotion Policy (NBPP) has the role to facilitate exchange of views on all major aspects of book promotion, inter-alia covering writing/authorship, book production, publication and sale of books, their prices, copyright issues, development of book reading habit, reach of books to different segments of population in different Indian languages and quality and content of Indian books in general.The draft NBPP, along with comments received from various Ministries/Departments is being put up on mygov.in for inviting comments before it is given a final shape.

1. We don't want net neutrality to be defined by telecom companies. 2. We do not want telecom companies to control what we access on the internet and they can't charge us for accessing different websites on the internet. 3. We want to access any website anytime without having to pay more for it separately. 4. We do not want licensing for Whatsapp, viber or any other app we use. 5. Access to all content on the internet should be free.

Please Modi Sarkar, dont fall into trap of FB, Airtel, Idea & Vodafone Please :(

http://www.nationallibrary.gov.in/ is not working properly. Please take a look on this. There should be digitized copy available for incredible books for all the citizen 24/7.

1. I DON'T WANT #NetNeutrality to be defined by telecom companies 2. I DON'T WANT telecom companies to control WHAT I access on the Internet and they MUST NOT charge us ADDITIONAL money for accessing websites on the Internet 3. I want to be able to access anything, at any time, without having to pay more for it separately 4. I DON'T WANT licensing for Whatsapp, Viber or any other app I use 5. ALL content on the internet must be accessible
