Are you people not aware of the real smart cities in the world. cant you follow those models . Real will power is required to implement those policies and process. people should make to follow those policies stringently and the results will be a super smart city. more than a smart city. there should be a zero tolerance to corruption implemented . rest all things will smoothen themselves.

A city can become smart only when all the people work responsibly and respect each others. it doesn't becomes start by infrastructure development. Implement stringent rules for all. When the corruption is zero a city will become smart.Today there is corruption all over and its waist of time asking views here how to become smart.
Implement zero corruption rules process and see the result. In case you have guts to implement the same then come to me i will help you out to implement those.

Smart city must be small and manageable (5.0 lacs) with minimum Govt. & maximum governance. There should be optimum number for which the city is planned. Before it reaches that number an alternative city within a distance of 20 km. should be planned. The city administration should be policy driven and policy must be made as per the requirement and needs of people living in it.The administrative structure & management should be .01% of population and bureaucracy should not be allowed to multiply

#Chandigarh,#UT,#SmartCity,#MyGov First step in the journey of making Chandigarh a smart city is to make all residents know that Chandigarh is not only a town, a city or a suburb..but a statement. And to understand a statement one needs a character.Any individual associated with the town in any manner should be held accountable for safety, security, cleanliness and any such other activity which tries to hinder the building of character of the city.Because these are real ornaments for smartness.
