5. Stressing more on computer awareness cum education in schools, so that cap on paper wastage may become a reality.
6. Municipal corporation's officials should be made more accountable for their work as they usually pass the buck on others to avoid and delay the work on one pretext or other. Phone numbers of officials and their officers should be installed on boards in each sector.

for making something smart, it should first be clean and tidy, and then modern and electronic.
Stopping pollution is important for the survival of our planet and the health and well-being of the people who depend on it.
using recyclable products is better. and when not in use, do give them to recycling factories or our raddi waala Bhaiya.
following basic steps to conserve water, electricity.
reduce the use of plastic, chemicals.
throw teach me only in dustbins. you can buy small dustbins for your cars also to prevent throwing trash on road, roadsides.
public dustbins get filled very fast and then ppl start throwing wastes around it. these dustbins should be cleared 2-3 times a day.

For Children: In Chandigarh almost all the parks are made green belt. Children’s have no option except to play on the road. Small children cannot learn to drive cycle as there is no park in the sector where they can learn. Green belt should be allowed for children to learn and drive cycles and board should be placed allowing children to drive cycle. Further all School grounds should be opened for the children to play the games of their choice.

For Parking & Traffic: In the last many years the number of vehicle in Chandigarh has increased manifold. Though people are not having space to park their vehicle, but they are buying. At the end the vehicles are parked at the road side. I suggest imposition of congestion tax on all four vehicles in Chandigarh on per annum basis and scarp the parking charges in Chandigarh. As the people are using roads to park their vehicle, they should spare money for the parking. At market places, the concern
