The best and the cheapest to way and medium is social Media. Make an interractive app and website dedicated to the Indian culture. That should be segerated state wise and have google Map positioning of each and every cultural site. It must be interfaced with railway, isbts and airline services. Rather spending on print media, my suggestion would be to spend money on seo. Smo and other analytics of internet. JAI HIND AMAN

Visited Meenakshi Temple, Madurai this weekend. Lot of thousands years old indian heritage items are kept for display in glass showcases. But it was shameful & sad to see that the showcases are filled with dirt & cobwebs and beautiful sculptures are difficult to see.
First we need to maintain our heritage before inviting the world to see them in such a bad condition.
Kindly do something in this regard.

1. All Railway stations & Bus stations should be painted with appropriate themes in line with city's cultural heritage & tourist attractions.
2. City's NGOs can help govt. to take care of these artistic works.
3. City centre (Sadar Bazaar) area of most Indian city should be made "No Entry" for any motorised vehicles. Only Pedestrians or Cyclists should be allowed.

Ad campaigns about culture and heritage using famous personalities. All places of cultural importance should have good websites, friendly employees, and cleanliness. There can be reasonable fees to visit these places. Through word of mouth more and more people will visit these places and media will highlight such places for sure.

Promote more cultural and history based programs, serials in national channels. National based short film competition related to culture and heritage can be announced. The government can take initiatives to create good website related to culture, heritage and history. It can be assigned to state governments too. Ministry of culture can take initiatives to publish good books about culture and heritage.

Celebrate one day in a year as Indian Cultural and Heritage Day in a big way. Each year a particular state can be the host. It will surely get good media coverage. Traditional music, dance, and all other art forms can be showcased at this time. Every state can announce special tour packages (to places of cultural importance in that state) to the visitors at this time.

Earlier when I was young I used to watch Ramayana and other freedom fighter related serials in the television. Now a days its hard to see any patriotic serials in the TV. This builds the core of the values. In today's culture what they are seeing in the TV they are implementing it in there real life. So its very essential that we show our culture, literature, Exceptional individuals biography, geography and many other nation building aspects in our daily life TV programs.
