The mandate of the Ministry of Culture is to preserve, promote, explore and share India’s culture and heritage along with ethos and values for the benefit of mankind. For achieving this Mission, the Ministry undertakes the following activities:

• Maintenance and conservation of heritage, historic sites and ancient monuments
• Administration of libraries
• Promotion of literary, visual and performing arts
• Observation of centenaries and anniversaries of important national personalities and events
• Promotion of institutions and organizations of Buddhist and Tibetan studies
• Promotion of institutional and individual non-official initiatives in the fields of art and culture
• Entering into cultural agreements with foreign countries

The functional spectrum of the Ministry ranges from creating cultural awareness from the grass root level to the international cultural exchange level. Details about several Schemes which are administered by Ministry of Culture for providing financial assistance for promoting cultural activities are available on the Ministry’s website (http://indiaculture.nic.in/).

Also, various organizations under the Ministry of Culture organize cultural programs and events from time to time.

The Ministry has decided to invite suggestions from the public regarding innovative ideas for effective use of Media in promoting Indian Culture and Heritage.

It is requested that the individual suggestions may be limited to about 200 words.

1.Mandatory for MNCs to promote indian culture in their TV & Social media commercials 2.Single or a group of max five corporates to own a state cultural promotion in which they are based by way of festivals,Fairs,print,audio video commercials.Event frequency must be half yearly or quarterly. 3.News channels and state cultural agencies to take care of negative marketing and must be publicy addressed on high priority.

Theatres are also good way to promote our culture and heritage in documentary form. New movies means new documentary to keep the interest alive of the audience be it in India or Abroad. This should be made compulsory in all theatre otherwise big panalty should be imposed if found defaulting . People should get motivated to think logical and get motivated to follow by choice. The motivation level of documentary should leave that impact or mark in the mind of all. We can do it if we follow it.

The best way to promote Indian culture and Heritage should be by announcing the competition by all channels or media on behalf of govt. to encourage students in various categories to make small videos or small clipping using mobiles or digital cameras made during their visits to various states or places they see during vacation or otherwise as practical information sharing with media . Be it printed /audio /video. These can be shown by various channels to promote youngsters 2promote culture

Instead of YouTube playing ad video during streaming it should be compulsory for YouTube to play our heritage promoting video at least once per video on YouTube in India

The films are encouraging the GUN culture in the nation. At least last 70% of of 500 films were pricing the gangsters and dons. So we must give oral intimation to the film industry to take films on dons. It should be stopped to use Guns in the film. Any short comes in a iilm must carry the scrolling warning of indian penal code of punishment. For even eve teasing scences also. All the illegal scenses must have IPC caption.

We must teach all class youngsters should post only positive about their own section. It should be against any other in indecent manner. Even if some body post against any one section we should not respond in the same manner should informed to every citizen of India. It is so essential to maintain chance less nation to grow such atrocities in the middle east. It is sensitive issue and movies also should have such censor in it.

All our vedas and upahnishads should translated in all global languages and it should open all class people in india especially. There should preaching to the youngsters about their posts and comments should not grow the hate among the people. Because some middle east global threat want take stand inside india. so we should not give any chance of suggestification to recruit such teams in india. If we grow such talks they would be easily finish their target. we must inform all type sung team.
