The mandate of the Ministry of Culture is to preserve, promote, explore and share India’s culture and heritage along with ethos and values for the benefit of mankind. For achieving this Mission, the Ministry undertakes the following activities:

• Maintenance and conservation of heritage, historic sites and ancient monuments
• Administration of libraries
• Promotion of literary, visual and performing arts
• Observation of centenaries and anniversaries of important national personalities and events
• Promotion of institutions and organizations of Buddhist and Tibetan studies
• Promotion of institutional and individual non-official initiatives in the fields of art and culture
• Entering into cultural agreements with foreign countries

The functional spectrum of the Ministry ranges from creating cultural awareness from the grass root level to the international cultural exchange level. Details about several Schemes which are administered by Ministry of Culture for providing financial assistance for promoting cultural activities are available on the Ministry’s website (http://indiaculture.nic.in/).

Also, various organizations under the Ministry of Culture organize cultural programs and events from time to time.

The Ministry has decided to invite suggestions from the public regarding innovative ideas for effective use of Media in promoting Indian Culture and Heritage.

It is requested that the individual suggestions may be limited to about 200 words.

Mother, Father , Teacher & God.. 1. Each and every Indian mother should spoon your child started to promote Indian culture and Heritage. Mother only 1st teacher to teach their child to grow. Child will listen mother thought first. 2. Each and every Indian father to teach their children about Indian culture and heritage. Because father has taken children and drop into school and colleges they will teach properly to their children. It will stored in mind fix in brain.

1.just put a culture picture on state transport buses 2. mini shows can be conducted in tourist visting place like railway stations, airport etc 3.act a competition betwwen school and collage by enhancing the particular state famous festival like pongal durgapooja... 4.finally inform the collages and school to wear traditional dress of state this may know people to show the other state culture to everyone of the particilar region.

Media must understand our culture and history! so that they can be proud of its rich in-heritage! Unfortunately those in realm are currently have different upbringings and purely focused on materials! Media should be taught on our process of evaluation of all the four stages of life,eternal happiness, sacrifice, Emancipation and Salvation.... Lets help each other in converge on these issues! ASAP... Under the BJP leadership if it does not get a chance to flourish, no other regime...

1>Make use of cultural & heritage sites as a art gallery,cultural program hubs etc. As they'll always be maintained and decorated and will attract people at large. 2,3,4> This could be achieved through above point. 5>Why just Buddhist and Tibetan include Islam,Christianity and even parsi studies.Our culture is mix of various cultures.I'm not partial. 6> Make the education free and come up with more art & culture contests free of participation charge. 7>Make use of all means of communication.

There many cultural heritage located in the rural areas of the country (like harina shiv temple built in the year 1855 by the king of located in the potka block of East Singhbhum district in Jharkhand) which are still unexplored by the mankind. Media should be used to promote such cultural heritage of the country which are still to be explored.

We Can Create Documentaries Of Different Cities And Screen It On Sites Like Youtube, Facebook. We Group Of 6 students made a team "The Regular Hexagon" And made a documentary on our city "Karnal' covering its history and modern city. Dear Modi Sir, WATER-vapour JETTING INTO AIR wil tackle air pollution problem in DELHI's MOST polluted sites & polluted INDUSTRIES. Muncipal authorities are most corrupt in HYDERABAD there is lot of air pollution along with water & land pollution due to littering & poor waste-disposal systems. REPORTS COMPLAIN THAT SWACH BHARATH IS UNSUCCESS IN hyderabad & OTHERS CITYs FOR NAME SAKE BECAUSE WORKERS ARE JUST ONLY ACTING WITHOUT CLEANING MUCH & TAKING SALARY FOR ENJOYING THEIR OWN SELFISH BENEFITS
