Prime Minister's Independence Day Speech is perhaps the most important speech of the year. It carries it with the import of history and the vision and aspirations of future. Delivered every year on 15th August, from the ramparts of the Red Fort, the Independence Day Speech is the occasion when the Prime Minister lays out the government's achievements till date and the and the programmes and policies for the future.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has however, for the first time, set the trend of directly seeking ideas and suggestions from citizens for formulating his Independence Day Speech. Like last year, this year too the Prime Minister invites citizens to contribute their views, their ideas, their suggestions, indeed their own vision.

So now you have the opportunity to tell your ideas, give word to your suggestions and crystallise your vision. Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself will articulate them.

Sir there are so mny common people who wants 2 help the indian army & poor people by givng money 4 ther gud equipments & foods bt wat they R nt having is a platform frm wer they can help thm. As v knw ppl are having faith in ur #gov compare 2 othr prty plz provide sum bank account no. wer they can deposit money. suggestion by which our #gov can save crores of rupees is by decreasing the use of carbon paper in electric light bill, RTO office & many mor places which R wasted later. #jst_500_wrds

Modiji Bharat ko aap jaise hi utkrisit Pradanmantri ki jarurat thi.Mera sujav yah hai ki Aap desh ki sari nandiyo ko jodh deve thaki akal hisse me bhi paani aaye or baad ki samsaya bhi sulj jaye.Atalji ka yahi sapna tha ki nandiyo ko jodh diya jaye,vah bhi pura ho jayega.Aap isi tarah desh ki seva karte rahe.Dhanywad.

Respected Sir, Today yet most of the women are getting the equal opportunities as the men and can freely roam around the cities but still in many parts of the India many women are not allowed to go to out of their Home in late night and also not allowed to get a job even when they are graduated as they believe that still after independence women do not feel free in roaming around the cities in late night after seeing many cases of rape and harrasment.

मेरे देश के प्रधानमंत्री जी आज से ठीक दो वर्ष पहले आपने लाल किले की प्राचीर से स्वच्छ भारत मिशन का आगाज किया था मैं चाहता हूँ 15 अगस्त को आप "सुरक्षित सड़क मिशन" अभियान का आगाज कर दीजिए जिसके अन्तर्गत लहू लूहान होती सड़के, शहरों में बढ़ते वाहनों कि संख्या, बढ़ते धुएँ को कम करने, सुरक्षा के नियम अपनाने पर आम जनता से अपील करे। मुझे विश्वास है कि आपके आह्वान से बढ़ती दुर्घटनाओं को कम करने में मदद मिलेगी।

Mr Prime Minister There is a government policy which is both significant and contentious.I'm talking about the caste-based Reservation. It is significant because it has transformed the live of many people and contentious because it takes away possible oppurtunities from the unreserved categories. It has benifited many people and totally transformed their lives. Do these people deserve reservation now? Every Dalit is not poor and every Brahmin is not rich. Please change this policy for the poor.

One more suggestion from my end. PM can say something like "Come, Tour in India." Here you can find the Jannat (Kashmir), God's Own Country/garden of spices, Wonder of the world - Taj Mahal, Mighty Himalayas, Tea gardens and Cleanest village of Asia. Concept is to integrate Kashmir, north-east in your speech.

Hello Respected Pradhanmantri/Pradhansevak Ji Being a citizen of Great country Bharat, I want to see my country independent from irrigation difficulties and dependency on Monsoon for irrigation. If we are able to increase a good scale in Agriculture than our GDP will increase dramatically. My request , you should communicate nation by Pradhansevak's plan in upcoming 3 years to mitigate irrigation difficulties remedial and dependency from Monsoon. Regards, Rohit Sharma

हियरिंग इम्पायर्ड श्रेणी के विकलांगों को रेलवे विभाग द्वारा कोई छूट प्रदान नहीं दी जाती । यानि की इस श्रेणी में यदि कोई व्यक्ति 100 प्रतिशत विकलांग है तब ही यह छूट प्रदान की जाती है जबकि अन्य श्रेणियों में 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक विकलांगों को छूट प्रदान की जाती है । आपसे निवेदन है कि कृपया इस और व्यक्तिगत ध्यान देकर बधिर विकलांग जो 40 प्रतिशत से अधिक है उन्हें भी यह सुविधा प्रदान करवाने की कृपा करें । आदर सहित । भवदीय, ( राहुल व्यास) सम्पर्क 9460616810
