Chakbandi, needs new farmland marking & land records linkage. Consent form farmland owners, who aren't doing farming themselves, can they lease their land for farming to have bigger farmland and same can be allotted to persons or firms for efficient produce of crops/ horticulture. Many farmland owners are out of village s doing job or business far away & yield of crops is very low.
