उत्तर प्रदेश में दिव्यांग बच्चों के शिक्षा की स्थिति में सुधार कैसे होगा . वर्ष 2015-16 में कक्षा 8 में 18699 दिव्यांग छात्र पढाई कर रहे थे.लेकिन वर्ष 2016-17 में कक्षा 9 मात्र 3588 दिव्यांग बच्चें ही नामाकंन कराये और 15111 दिव्यांग बच्चों ने पढाई छोड़ दिया.इसमे सुधार के लिए केंद्र सरकार को खुद आगे आना चाहिए जिससे दिव्यांग को लिए चलने वाली IEDSS स्कीम के तहत आउट सोर्सिंग सविदा पर नियुक्त विशेष शिक्षको को स्थाई शिक्षक का दर्जा दिया जाये जिससे वे अपनी सुविधाओ को हमेशा जारी रख सके.

The SME sector is waiting for this from last October. This will help the country economics as well as tax collections in Direct and Indirect taxes.

sir, I would suggest that as an Independence day gift please waive off the penalty for filing GST3 forms atleast till 30 September 2018. Then you will have many more people in the Income Tax net . Please do this for the benefit of few lakhs of small entrepreneurs. You will see a sea change in compliance of direct and indirect taxes.
