Though the MoU is already signed in April 2018 , it can be done by DPE by reapropriating marks against already decided parameters , through a special directive to Admn Ministries. A classic example of successful implementation of MAKE IN INDIA initiative of PM SHRI NARENDRA MODI through the public-private partnership is seen at ENGINE FACTORY AVADI(A production unit of Dept of Defence Production under ORDNANCE FACTORY BOARD) in fully indigenising the Engines for T-90 and T-72 Tanks of INDIAN ARMY. Two years back components worth 50% of the cost of the engine were being imported from Russia. This effort will lead to a saving of more than a 1000 crores in next 10 years.

The accuracy in detail information will be definitely more by this methos which will be hassle free for all and it will stop the false practise or errors during the the making process. आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, मैं यह सुझाव देना चाहता हूँ कि एक उचित और सम्मानित पद पर बैठे लोगो को जनता को जागरूप करना चाहिए या नियम बना देना चाहिए कि अगर कही भी वाहनों का जाम लगे तो लोग अपना वाहन अपने ही कतार (साइड) में किनारे कर लें ताकि एम्बुलेंस को वहा से गुजरने में बॉधा न पड़े क्योंकि उस एम्बुलेंस में एक मरीज़ ही नही बल्कि वह अपने परिवार की रीढ़ की हड्डी होता है, घरवालो की कुछ आस जुड़ी होती है। अगर ऐसा नियम बनता है या लोगो को जागरूप किया जाए तो लाखो प्रतिभाये खोने से हम बच सकते हैं । धन्यवाद।।🙏🙏
