Sir as there are hundreds of mahila mandals and self help group registered in goa which mainly produce crafts and local sweets.going little further assisting them in manufacturing of cotton bags and paper wrappers to increase its availability and completely baning plastics bags and wrappers which shall take us forward in Swatch Bharat Mission.
