In order to reduce differences in caste and religion Indian people could form triads. A triad, a collection of three grown up people,should consist of people with different religious/ caste/geographical background. For an example, I would prefer a triad for myself(a man from Odisha) which besides me consists of a Muslim Boy from Kashmir, A girl from sikkim. This formation should be entirely voluntary and the members are expected to stand by their triad partners in their moments of life.

National Water Pool- Sir Our rivers are draining to ocean. If we can take it and recycle it and pump it back like our heart does with our blood, we wont have water issues. Using large canal systems water can be diverted just before it meets ocean. It can be recycled cleaned and given to states that need it. Like the national power pool we need a national water pool which can be shared by states. Collecting water at the point it meets ocean means there wont be fights between states.
