My father was died on 29-09-2006 due to cancer, I was applied for compassionate ground appointment but still I am waiting...Sir please see this matter my Mother was paralyses last 3yrs...Shillong department not share any details that how much time they need...I requested to you please do the necessary action in this departments. Sir, May I suggest that the biggest task we have at hand is to build and shape our future. We hear stories of how were facebook or whatsapp invented. We must think why we as a Nation are not producing enough innovators . To me it seems the key lies in our education system. The focus is on cram, practice and score marks. It really does not matter whether student understands the subject. Our education system needs to generate passion in studies. How do we do it ?

Education system in India needs a complete overhauling. Youth today is more distracted than ever. Education has miserably failed to provide practical skills and generate enthusiasm in young generation. After completing formal education youth often get lured into drugs and other illegal activities.We need to make education more youthful, for this we need to train our teachers well. These training can be financed by Private Schools also for Govt teachers. Train the trainers well for shaping nextG
