प्राईमरी न.पा. विधालय (सराफा स्कूल) मु. छिपयांत मऊरानीपुर जिला झांसी उ.प्र. में स्वच्छता अभियान मजाक बनकर रह गया , क्योंकि स्कूल शिक्षकों की उदासीनता के चलते , विधालय खुलने से पहले सफाई कर्मचारी द्वारा गंदगी का ढेर लगा दिया जाता है , इसको स्वच्छ बनाने में यहाँ के एक स्थानीय परिवार की दो पीढ़ियाँ का संघर्ष निकलकर अब तीसरी पीढ़ी पर आ गया है लेकिन समस्या का पूर्णतः समाधान अभी तक नही हो पाया है यहाँ पर प्रशासन का गंदगी न फैलाने का आदेश भी हो चुका है लेकिन आदेश का उल्लंघन जारी है ।

My ideas for the speech would be 1)Come up with more responsibility for youth to build the nation 2)We have all resources but we do not utilising it 3)let the hierarchy begins by senior citizen passing on the culture to the youth and the youth to the kids 3)There is not much patriotism seen in todays youth.
