An excellent idea...To implement it i believe Cloud Computing would be most appropriate to handle the portability,traffic, scalability,cost etc.

we want broadband facility through dish antenna like dish tv as the present system of broadband WIFI facility through telephone land line cable is very slow in giving download and upload speed.If Govt will improvise linking satellites like DISH TV DTH for Broadband WIFI facility country can get absolute link with world internet and also govt get huge revenue by the license fees.Now we are paying 1000 for one month for 256 KBPS speebut if we get the facility we can get speed of 10 MBPS in same

govt (people of nation of india) apply and follow everytype rules.But follow everytime in their favour only.they do"nt think money is come by diff. tax and other policy and they are share this money as a salary,contribution,help type,devlopement of nation.but MERA KYA JA RAH HAI policy addopted everyone.

I Connect every process of digital india.But we are not connected every process of digital india.I practically relize these things on delhigov.in on 22 october 2014.aadhar card ,pan card is invalid by ADM office as a identity of applicants.But wittness by compulsory aadhar card and pan card with him.deparment say we do"nt these rules.We follow only our govt instruction file.

Indian ITC Companies should be called by PM to Delhi and asked to invest in India, particularly in remote and backward areas as their moral responsibility. Under Universal Access Scheme they should be provided assistance by GOI, so they can make their ends meet. It should be declared by GOI that all Indian citizens have the right to receive mobile and broadband signal in their area.
