Respected Prime Minister sir, First I thank you to for initiating activities that unite peoples of great India. "EK Bharat Shreshtha Bharat" is one of the best idea to know different cultures. In my view to carry out healthy atmosphere in this activity first, the Guruji's or Masters of different states of various cultural activities should have good relationship to share their views among them. Second if X state is inviting Y state, X state can show their respect and love in terms of activity

The development needs radical change in structure to execute fast and in time bound approach. Please take the example of launching Satellites and Atomic Energy achievements to take cognizance for this radical change. Let the specialist and expert of the field be made responsible and control the allotted budget and directly report to the concerned Ministry. The appointed person is to be fully responsible and to be titled for reward on timely completion or punishment for negligent implementation.

Open a Bank Account and a website for each city for the Police Department. Ask people to put money into the Police Account if they think that Police is doing a good job. At the end of the month you can distribute this money to the police staff according to their hierarchy. Let police of each city, town or village compete with each other. . Educate people not to bribe policemen, instead put money into this police account legally. It will motivate police to do a good job.
