SIR,THERE IS A HUGE PROBLEM OF TRAFFIC JAMS IN OUR COUNTRY.SOLUTION IS NO KIND OF ENCROACHMENT BE ALLOWED 50 METERS FROM ANY CROSSING ON ALL PLACES AND THIS CAN BE WATCHED BY INSTALLING CCTV CAMERAS FOR VIGIL ON PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS.HAWKERS WHO STAND ON ROAD SIDES CAN BE PROVIDED PROPER SPACES ON ROAD SIDES WHERE THEY DO NOT HINDER TRAFFIC.FUNDS CAN BE RAISED FOR CCTV BY DOING ADVERTISEMENTS ON CROSSINGS FOR LONG TERMS.IT WILL ALSO REDUCE POLUTION AND CLEANLINESS IN THAT AREA.

Sir, I'am Dileep from Kerala. Glad to see our "Swatch Bharath" campaign gaining momentum. Now it's the time to educate the citizens about waste management. In my district Allapuzha there was a campaign on treating the waste at the source(decentralized) rather than a centralized plan . This was made possible through by installing aerobic bin clusters, pipe bio gas, using the compost for organic farming & installing CCTV'S at areas where garbage are dumbed. Please share this success story

Dear #PrimeMinister,
Dec 12 marks the day on which the Supreme Court left it to the legislature to repel or amend Section 377 (#Sec377) that criminalizes #homosexuality in India. This is against the universal human rights and existence of such a law is retrograde to a progressive country like India. IN your next #MannKiBaat pgm, Please highlight the commitment of your government to repel this draconian law and make our country "saara jahaan se achchhaa"
Thanks,
Appandai Raj,
Tamil Nadu.

Reverse tendeing in all govt purchases must be made mandotory beyond a fixed threshold
the rating of different govt suppliers must be kept in mind as a quality supplier to govt must have an
insulation of 5 to 10% over a dubious or bad supplier as it is very often that quality people are not interested to enter into govt sector due toonly price being the sole criteria in awarding contracts
this will never never attract quality suppliers is my very great Fear
