Sir,If you want to see the True Picture of Administrative and Vigilance corruption, you just ask the Data of past 10 years pertaining to the Public Servants being investigated under the Prevention of Corruption Act.
The Vigilance deptts always boast of not completing the investigation on time and they make the Honest Public Servants as the source of their Income and Facilities.

There are many public servants ,who are facing the Vigilance Enquiires and investigation past 6 to 10 years and the Vigilance has arrived at no conclusion. The supreme court has limited the period to 6 month

The administration of justice rests on the Police functioning of any state. The Police is the force which really boasts of being corrupt, irrational and biased.
The greater class of indian learned citizens is apprehensive that you will not ignore the Police reforms ,just to oppose Shri Kejriwal politically.
The brutality of this Police,Vgilance and CBI can be gauged by this fact, that they grind those Honest and Extra Ordinary Performers Public Servants by use of their Policia Power.

Education in Mother tongue.
We are a country with more than 400 languages and they have been a great contributor for diversity & vibrancy of our culture.
However lately there has been growing trend in urban & semi-urban areas to opt for English medium schools for children.
Due to this these children are finding it difficult to inherit the cultural richness of the family, language & community they belong to.
Can we promote education in mother tongue for primary and high school?

Another major cause of corruption is the CCS RULES,which are solely based on the theory of Master-Slave.These rules are extra constitutional when there are other well applicable laws like Prevention of Corruption Act in place,to take care all the irregularities.
By using these rules the subordinates becomes the pocket instruments of the seniors and thus are used to flourish the Business of Corruption,Nepotism and Favouritsm.
The abolition of the CCS Rules will establish rule oflaw.

Dear PM, I have seen lot of corruption in Railways. Starting from Railway porters, Railway police and TTEs all are corrupt. Railway porters and Railway policemen sell seats in the unreserved compartments. TTEs make money in the running trains by selling vacant seats or their own seats to unauthorized passengers travelling in the reserved compartments. Most of the TTEs are not doing their duty. As a common man, I am unable to appreciate the work being done by your government. Regards, Jaganmohan
