Sir, why don't you initiate the unique card system for all citizen which can replace all the other cards - ration card, pan card, aadhar card, election card etc. this should be a biometric card & all records should in the chip. it will provide the details of the religion or caste, income status, whether belonging to SC/ST or General category. this can get rid of many certificates used in government office for different work & avoid hassles for the citizens. this should be part of digital india.

Sir, The Solid Waste Management Rules 2015 under finalisation should include provisions for 'Bio-disposers' to dispose the bio-degradable waste material directly into the sewer network in all the 'Smart Cities' and cities/towns being covered under 'AMRUT' programme. This will help to take out bio-degradable component from the city solid waste management system and will also enrich sewage treatment plants with high BOD content in sewage. This system is being practiced in the developed countries.

There should be strict laws for soft conducting of parliament so that important bills may come into action at right time. Issue other than important bills should not overlap any bill, and should not be dicussed togther with any bill. MPs rising issue not related to bill, at the time when important bills are being discuss , should deserve punishment for stoping nation development , just for political selfishness. it is shameful for indians to see manners of MPs in parliament. #PrimeMinister

We need to speak in tough words for obstructions in Parliament and increasing executive power for important legislation like GST. Democratic Values getting paralyzed by few unruly uneducated MPs behavior and we need to restore faith by taking tough measures like expulsion. We need leader of stature of Sardar Patel today to act tough. I am disappointed but not disheartened.
