sir, according to me there should be a parallel comittee or organisation which does not interfere in the stability of colleges and there is someone to check the quality of education and training provided to the students.students are being monthly or yearly exchanged with the other best colleges of the world to encourage and make friendly and diplomatic relations with other countries and military colleges are maintained by an independent baranch of defence ministry not home ministry.

Respected Sir. We having number of establishments in three services separately in terms of Schools, training institutions, colleges which pertains to specifically to support their strength obviously useful for their respective corps/wing and Chiefs are perfect in their sector only. Hence, it warrants immediate attention to be drawn keeping in view of the globalization for implementing INDU Bill.

The faculty at INDU should comprise both civilian and military personnel Military personnel from all three services ie Army, Navy and Air Force should be serving officers/Warranted ranks and equivlents, who may serve for three years. When these personnel rise in their careers to higher ranks, they can be brought back as Head of faculty at various divisions/subjects.
Retired military personnel should be invited as Guest faculty/ visiting faculty.
