Indian National Defence University Bill, 2015 proposes to establish a world class fully autonomous institution of National Importance under Ministry of Defence. University will develop and propagate higher education (PhD, M Phil, M Tech and M Sc) in National Security Studies, Defence Management and Defence Technology and promote policy oriented research on all aspects relating to national security, both internal and external. It would also encourage awareness of national security issues by reaching out to scholars and an audience beyond the official machinery. It will also serve as a think tank contributing to policy formulation and debates on security and strategy. INDU will inculcate and promote coordination and interaction not just between the three Armed Services but also between other agencies of the Government, the Civil Bureaucracy, Para Military Forces, Central Armed Police Forces, Intelligence Services, Diplomats, Academicians, Strategic Planners, University Students and officers from Friendly Foreign Countries. It would create synergy between the academic community and Govt functionaries. It would make available opportunities for higher studies through distance learning to interested military personnel.

Initially, four new colleges / institutions, namely School of National Security Studies, School of Defence Technology, School of Defence Management and Centre for Distance and Open Learning are proposed to be set up at main campus at Binola, Gurgaon. The four existing Defence Institutions namely National Defence College (NDC), New Delhi, College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad, Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington and National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune are proposed to be brought under the ambit of INDU without diluting their powers or autonomy for award of degrees and diplomas.

The last date for sharing inputs on Draft Indian National Defense University Bill, 2015 is 21st August, 2016.

13. Psychology and mass behavioral study must be included in the syllabus of the students of this university. 14. The other points under which a university is established in India must be followed. 15. A board of members of the university under the chairmanship of the Hn'ble President of India must be constituted. This board must have at least 21 members i.e. military officials , scientists , politicians etc should be included. 16. Rewards and punishments be as per Indian laws.

11. The infrastructure of the university must comprise of harsh conditions ( desert , water bodies , mountains etc ) so that the students may be familiar with these hard conditions. 12. Yoga , Swimming , Running etc physical exercises should also be included in practical syllabus. Also there is tantric vidya namely KARANPISHACHINI SADHNA in which sadhak can tell about the mental activities of any person - these persons should be found and there help must be taken.

9. Enhance international military cooperation among the countries which behave as friends and include the joint activities in the syllabus of the students. 10. Obviously top three of the officials of the university must be from military background.

6. The course should be more practical rather than being merely theoretical. 7. Mock drills etc should be adopted efficiently. 8. Study material from other countries' national defence techniques should also be downloaded from internet.

The fdi policy of government on defence can be leveraged in the university. The companies who operate in defence can train their future employees in these universities.

1. Include modern and ancient defence techniques in the courses of the students of the university. Modern techniques are being followed , take ancient defence techniques from purans ( like Agnipuran , Skandpuran etc ) and Mahabharat. 2. Keep computer education on priority. Spying must be taught efficiently. 3. Encourage scientists who can make warship , canons etc 4. Multilingualism and Secret services must be an integral part of syllabus. 5. Border Security Techniques should be promoted.

Sir we know why we are not able to manufacture our arms, it's not that we are not spending our military budget past 20 years, we did but I know 18% has been used and 82% was gon in curraption, we have to accept we have a big curraption also in military.....just if can stop curraption..selecting land Currier..making building,roads,selecting contractor,purchase,project selecting,implement,all places. The main is we don't give right person right work.because he is appointed by curropt. Stop curropt
