Dear Sir, I would like to appreciate the process flow of this bill. Adding on, management skills are more important in defense departments. People Management, Industrial Engineering skills sets are important to optimize the cost, enhancing decision making skills will keep our India forward. Future India will be manufacturing India, where defense weapons will be manufactured & exported from India. The course should provide techno-Managers skills to handle these processes in the better way.

Dear PM, I agree that joining defence has to be promoted at the school and college level. Atleast the basic training has to be mandatory. Also the benefits of joining defence also has to be promoted like how software companies promote their company with the youths to join them. Also joining defence is not only about fighting with enemies on the ground there are lot of other departments like research , engineering etc which needs to be explained to the people.

Make military training available to all from age 16-18 as an alternative to junior colleges. It will help build national fabric, provide strength & cut wage-bill for the forces bcoz trainees can be deployed in peace-time duties. Plus parents will be spared the post-std.x admission madness.
