Indian National Defence University Bill, 2015 proposes to establish a world class fully autonomous institution of National Importance under Ministry of Defence. University will develop and propagate higher education (PhD, M Phil, M Tech and M Sc) in National Security Studies, Defence Management and Defence Technology and promote policy oriented research on all aspects relating to national security, both internal and external. It would also encourage awareness of national security issues by reaching out to scholars and an audience beyond the official machinery. It will also serve as a think tank contributing to policy formulation and debates on security and strategy. INDU will inculcate and promote coordination and interaction not just between the three Armed Services but also between other agencies of the Government, the Civil Bureaucracy, Para Military Forces, Central Armed Police Forces, Intelligence Services, Diplomats, Academicians, Strategic Planners, University Students and officers from Friendly Foreign Countries. It would create synergy between the academic community and Govt functionaries. It would make available opportunities for higher studies through distance learning to interested military personnel.

Initially, four new colleges / institutions, namely School of National Security Studies, School of Defence Technology, School of Defence Management and Centre for Distance and Open Learning are proposed to be set up at main campus at Binola, Gurgaon. The four existing Defence Institutions namely National Defence College (NDC), New Delhi, College of Defence Management (CDM), Secunderabad, Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), Wellington and National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, Pune are proposed to be brought under the ambit of INDU without diluting their powers or autonomy for award of degrees and diplomas.

I apologies that my matter is not related with this topic.This message is for PM.My topic is to conquered on pakistan country and extend our government power to the Afghanistan. This not my voice but its people of india & pakistan voice to rule on Pakistan land.So they can get free from pakistan government exploitation.Modi Sir we belief on you that your govt.can do it & will make history.

सरकार को एक बैंक acount no जारी करना चाहिए जो सेना की सहायता के लिए होना चाहिए जिसमे दान की गयी धनराशी सारे टेक्स से मुक्त हो मीडिया के माध्यम से इसका प्रचार प्रसार किया जाए टॉप 10 दान दाताओं को सम्मानित किया जाए अगर हर देशवासी हर माह केवल 1 रुपया भी जमा करे तो हर माह एक अरब रुपया जमा होगा एक साल में 12 अरब रुपया तब सेना को और अधिक शक्तिशाली बनाया जा सकता है इस से हर देशवासी को गर्व भी होगा और ये भी पता चल जायगा के आम देशवासी भी सेना को कितना चाहते हैं 🚢🚀✈🙏🏻🙏🏻 ✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻

contd. B) 6.Section 52(2)(3) and 53- The decision of the Tribunal can be challenged in the jurisdictional High Court if the employee or student is not satisfied with the decision of the Board (I am of the opinion that if this is not done it violates Right to Constitutional Remedies).

A) 1. Let the PM be the Chancellor instead of Raksha Mantri. 2. Include review of syllabus every alternate year as a function of Academic Council. 3. A Parliamentary Panel to review the performance of the University from time to time OR the Defence Consultative Committee itself looks into it. 4. Medium of Instruction should be Hindi, English and other languages mentioned in Constitution. 5. Chapter 3, clause/section 45-Let an explanation be inserted stating exemptions to the same (contd)

I am from lucknow. In order to higjlight corruption I wish to state that there is one public sector co in lucknow factory in Mohan Lal ganj.the co. has gone into wrong hands,black money is used through various forged co,s bank accounts to invest in the said co in order to get hold of its shares.this is going on for several years.no proper salary is given to employed future is incertain.i can give vital info in this matter.

On AWACS India should abandon the $1 billion deal for 2 planes. It is an old technology and will be obsolete soon. India has a strong space program and is affordable. For the same cost India could place multiple geostationary satellites with all knew of sensors that could make AWACS unnecessary. India could lead the new tech and ISRO and DRDO should partner.
