Would it not be better if the university is established at a place like Nagpur i/o Gurgaon. Gurgaon is right under the nose of Delhi, and likely to be subjected to lot of pulls and pressures. Nagpur would be a quite place, where work can be silently and efficiently, without it being in limelight and without the pulls and pressures. Besides why should everything be north/delhi centric.

Its not a good idea..look at the present state of R&D in DRDO..first clean it up and make it a force to reckon with and then move forward into such a big task. corroded iron can't make a good weapon.

The selection procedure of students for graduate, post graduate, doctoral degree is not mentioned in the Act. It is proposed that students shall be admitted through All India Competition and seats may be reserved for Defence Personnel/internal security establishment. Meritorious students are essential to breed excellence in research in national security, defence technology and Management.
