We Need to have a uniform syllabus preferably in the official communication Language at all layers of Education. States may allowed to add up 2/3 papers that are specific to their state but need not be considered for any exams/recruits/competencies Also We need to have common pay structure, level wise for all academicians through out the state and everyone including private need to made adhere to this. Morever,Academicians need to be selected using national level competency entities like UPSC

UGC web portal should be made more interactive for faculties of colleges.A system that facilitate online application for all schemes of UGC should be established.

In every new admission, books are purchased by parents paying hefty amount of money, which becomes useless and are either sold to small vendors in few Rs/Kg rate or just thrown away. On a larger scale corers of ruppes are wasted on same books, making of papers, cutting thousands of trees & degradation of environment. What if these books be issued by institutions at the beginning of session and be collected back after year end and re-issued to all new batches. A small step but its worth a thought

Thus it happens that govt is run by these IAS offr with their ideas and views of leadership get relegated. Leadership is often cheated. Thus any party in govt becomes same. To tackle this problem you have to bring in structural change by which you have to bring in an expert on the subject between leadership and IAS. IAS should be assisting such technical head. This technical person should be assisting minister. Problem of One Rank One Pension case is a glaring example of such governance failure.

Review of role of burocracy. Dear PM sir, country needs strong support to develop and fullfil political ideas into reality. However this is not happening. This is because in our country next in heirarchy after political leadership is again a generalist (IAS) who does'nt have better specific knowledge of the subject in hand. Therfore he works like a clerk but with out of proportion powers in his hands. His decisions are based on general priciples which politician himself is capable of doing.
