A system should be set up that the only noble & deserving person can become the teacher, for that it is very essential that eduction system should be totally corruption free. There should not be any compromising if there exists any corruption

Because reservation based on caste divides our society & ultimately may leads to divide our nation too. Thus it is harmful to the integrity of our nation too. Let's start the reservation with our cricket team. We should have 10 percent reservation for Muslims. 30 percent for OBC, SC /ST like that. Cricket rules should be modified accordingly. The boundary circle should be reduced for an SC/ST player. The four hit by an SC/ST/OBC player should be considered as a six and a six hit by a SC/ST/OBC player should be counted as 8 runs.

Always there must be diversity in schemes, or wider areas in education. India needs to redefine its academic programmes/progress, what is model of academics it has been following till now, how much of this academics has been helpful domestically to the country in the areas where it wants to step in like manufacturing, Design, R&D ambitiously. ACademics divides to 2 parts: Social-related and Scientific related. Where is India lagging and why. Academics mustbe seenthrou prism ofvarious parameters

Please choose only those tasks for which there are well defined parameters gauging the work done and enhancements made by the government due to its efforts. Because people always see and believe what they see. So every task should be taken up like a project or movement with well defined solutions to sell defined problems in particular time period. Then obviously government can get appreciation.

Why are we hung up with brick and mortar educational establishments building IITs in every state. Instead why can't we pick best of best professors record sessions on each subject and post it online. Every student irrespective of religion, caste, inheritance can benefit using these supplements to improve quality of education. After all, Eklavya was greater warrior than Arjuna despite being underprivileged. America is headed in this path, can India emulate and change student lives?

Students should have regular Meditation hour or included in their PT period. Our sadhus were scientist and thinkers because they closed their eyes and chanted Om and in mediation thought about a subject. They could achieve a lot. This is lost some where, Please bring it back to our education system.
