Caste-system is currently forced on everybody, including people like me who don't believe in caste-system. Allow such people to opt out of this caste-system by choosing to leave the caste-field empty on all documents like birth-certificate, admission-forms,etc. Gradually we shall move to a caste-free society. Caste itself is a form of discrimination, if I feel this way, then why should I be forced to be a part of this caste-system ?

Caste-based reservations need to go, but they won't go so soon because many people still support it. The government should create alternative solutions while still continuing with caste-based reservations. For eg. Some KG-to-PG institutions can be created which won't have any kind of reservations. Strict safeguards must be implemented to ensure that caste or other discrimination doesn't occur there. Let the people experience the alternatives and then let them decide which system they prefer.

1. Seat reservation based on caste MUST be abolished seat reservation must be based on salary of parents. Some students whose parents earn well or are IAS officer fall in this Caste based reservation are at advantage especially in IIT. 2. Seat reservation of State residents must be abolished as students of home states are given priority and students of other state don't get a chance to study in good universities like in DU.

In most of the degree colleges assistant professors are on adhoc base. They r appointed every mid July and relieve in mid April. And now there is semester system in degree colleges hardly teaching is of 2months or 3months. Then how can our education system be a good. So regularisation of teachers and salary is most important thing which should be considered first. Adhoc teachers r getting just 15000p.m and 9months job. Then how can be our education system be better.

Dear Sir, We always speaking about skill development but that we should focus on the discrimination that our PSU companies doing in recruiting their employees. People having MBA degree from distance education approved from UGC is not eligible for govt job as because they need full time degree holder. We have hope with this govt so please stop discriminating on the basis of regular and distance degree. If distance education or UGC is not valid then please cancelled the UGC. Regards B.N.Dey
