शिक्षा में गुणवत्ता तभी आएगी जब एक कलेक्टर या मंत्री अपने बच्चों को पास के सरकारी स्कूलों में पढाएंगे क्योकि उच्च वर्ग के लोग अपनें बच्चों को निजि विदद्यालयों में पढाते है और निम्न वर्गीय लोग अपने बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में भेजते है जिससे इन वर्गाैं के बच्चे अपने आप में उपेक्षित महसूस करते हैं और अपने साथ हो रहे अन्याय का भी जवाब नहीं दे पाते अत ऐसे नियम बनाए जाए कि कम से कम पूर्व माध्यमिक तक की शिक्षा प्रत्येक शा कर्म अपनें बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में पढाएंा

quality of administration in every institution is serious problem of the day. it must be improved by deplying well educated administrators.

compulsory meetings of the staff councils should be there in the colleges.

Advisory committee should take the decision along with the principal in the colleges regarding capital expenditure, formulation of the committees and every decision of the principal should be recommended by the advisory committee.

one ncc advisory committee should be formed at national level for reforms.many issues related with ncc still pending no reforms in this organisation since years.there is big resentment amoung ncc officers in this country and no one is listening.

the post of principals in the colleges should be on rotation basis not permanent.

HRD Minister should be a teacher.
