Only top-quality scholars should be appointed to the seniormost administrative positions. They are the ones who are capable of inspiring and leading faculty to greater heights. People with strength of character and capable of resisting pressures that detract from quality should be appointed to decision-making positions.

1.Remove the political interference in education system. 2.Construct an independent committee for improvement in various types of education . 3.Members of the committee must be learned and experienced persons and one of the members be our HRD minister. 4.Committee will construct the education system and various curriculum . 5. The education system and curriculum must be implemented in all over the country except the regional languages..
