Teachers should identify the talent on children and motivate to children for their interest. Teacher who will give great result in terms of education and children growth should be rewarded. (Hardeep Singh)

Employments of teachers should be implemented on the basis of their way of expression quality,knowledge ,experience and writing capacity .For this there should be enactment of rules for bringing qualitative change through administrative reforms.

shikshko dwara bacho ko shaikshik sudhar karne ke liye balak ko prarambhik gyan karvana. samay-samya par unke istar ki jankaari lena. or naye-naye prayog karvana. shiksha ka aadhar purane sant maha purosho ya vegyanikon ka udaharan dekar samjhana.

Knowledge of practical and theory should be balance. A chapter in each class which motivate for the nation should add. A career counselor should be appointed in School who can guide to children to about their future/career.

Teachers should identify the talent on children and motivate to children for their interest. Teacher who will give great result in terms of education and children growth should be rewarded. Promotions of teachers should be depending on the results. A randomly selected team should visit very frequently in Gov. Schools who can observe the way of learning and admin system.
