Dear Prime Minister Sir, I recently heard the news of government buying new fighters from France. I must say a very good decision. But I will like to bring to you notice that HAL is actually fooling you sir. They have the worst work culture and standards which makes us heavily dependent on imports. Its the right time to take hard decision to bring best HR practices to HAL so that they can deliver something of good quality on Time. We can take lessons from Russia and china on this. Regards.

Educational Services Cadre must be introduced to supervise works for education institutions/organizations. A teacher or instructor should not given any other functional duties, they should allow to focus only on educational and other skill development.

शिक्षा-दीक्षा सम्पूर्ण की सम्पूर्णतया जानकारी कराने वाली होनी-रहनी चाहिये तभी ही दोष मुक्त सत्य प्रधान सुदृढ़-सम्पन्न अमन-चैन का भरा-पूरा समाज कायम हो-रह सकता है । यही सत्य है और इसी को ही पुर्णतः व्यावहारिक बनाने होने-रहने की अनिवार्यतः आवश्यकता है। इसे हर किसी को अपनाना ही चाहिये-- अपनाना ही पड़े़ेगेगा-- पड़े़ेगेगा ही । क्या ही अच्छा होतेता कि सहज ही इसे सोचेच-समझ देख-परख कर ही सही मगर सरकार द्वारा अपना लिया जाता और समाज पर इसे प्रभावी तरीके से हर किसी के लिए अनिवार्य कर-करा दिया जाता |

Same education pattern, old pattern education should be launched where child gets marks according to their knowledge.

Also, the exam centers shall be provided according to the residential area. During exams, students as well as parents are paranoid not only about the exams but regarding the means of reaching the center!!! There are always cases of students fainting as they travel in peak hours in trains to reach their centers.An examination process shall be made convenient to students. These hurdles just adds to the exam fear and affects performance of students. As PM says small steps, big difference.
