For improving the quality education , we should stop the M. Tech degree from private engineering college. 80 percent regular student are in regular job with taking sc, St,obc,gate and other scolership. We are doing social injustice with quality student. At present situation is more brust in madhya pradesh.

Remove all public holidays based on religion, region, public figures. Keep only Independence Day, Republic Day & Martyr's Day as public holidays (Along With Sundays). All other holidays help only to create & compound pseudo-secularism. People can celebrate their festivals privately, Whole National interest need not be a podium for them. This Country of Ours is too vast and diverse hence, Govt. should take up only those days as public holidays, which help to weave national integrity.

I present an example of Uttar Pradesh (India), here, started course B.Sc. (Horticulture) in agricultural universities from 2004 but this degree is not eligible for any gov. sector jobs except upper P.C.S not in lower PCS and not for its specialised post. Here,education is struggle for opportunity and destroy a future of students and education. Most of them are son of poor farmers. So, please, stop this type education or do something for those after reforms the systems of gov.

Studying Finland Education System- Best Education System till date, there are some reforms to be made in our system. India will be the topmost Education System if following reforms being made.

1) mbbs and pg seats by merit only. No capitation no reservation. Make uniform fee structure according to economic status. Let all deserving candidates get the seats 2) schools should have a continuous assessment system which will analyse and tell the candidate as to what field he or she should chose 3) this assess should calculate using child s field of interest. How they fare in the cont assess sys teachers view and practical skills. By the time child is in 12th career choice will be made

The faculty/student ratio of many CFIs are very poor. Due to this huge load is coming onto faculty present. No chance to implement innovations in academics or teaching. Faculty should be provided with bonuses on better performance in research/academics and teaching. Each department should contribute equally in decision making for the college.Each institute has to have a pedagogy institute and a soft skill development center.

The main problem in NITs and IITs is ineffectiveness of BOG. TO improve this the BOG of every institute should consist more than 60% of the members from the institute. BOG meetings should happen in the institute rather than in new delhi/ any other place. A student representative must be taken into BOG. All the meetings of BOG have to be recorded and put for students to view on youtube. Provisions for students to add to the agenda of the meetings has to be considered.

Today each and every NIT is facing problems due to isolated beauraocratic decision making. This is due relying on BOG for each and every decision. Director should act like a PM rather than like a President. Solution for this would be to have civil servants heading the institutes of national importance. Indian Educational Services has to be created with emphasis on educational policy making.

The presence of merger univs leads to less no. of players in the country but promotes a quality competition between them.There is a very less number of people coming out with B.com,B.sc degrees and doing something related.Their skills can be improved by being part of a bigger pool of diversified students from various facets of education. Major drawback of our education system(higher) is presence of colleges with segregated domains(engg only/medical only etc.).

There are thousands of private engineering colleges in India with a handful of them having good qualities. But this can be used for our good by encouraging mergers and creating universities providing courses with better quality by utilising resources from all the member institutes. It should be made compulsory to offer B.com,B.sc,social sciences,management and humanity etc courses along with this inorder to improove quality of education.It makes a very much viable financial model.
