GATE2015 CONDUCTED BY IIT KANPUR WHICH IS ONE OF THE BEST TECHNICAL INSTITUTION IN OUR NATION BUT THIS YEAR THEY CHECKED A ANSWER WRONG (IN 31ST MECHANICAL PAPER) IT SPOILS THE DREAM OF THOUSANDS OF STUDENTS AND NOW NO ONE IS TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OR MAKING CORRECTION . I GOT AIR 1247 RANK AND A WRONG ANSWER COST ME 2.66 MARKS AND NOW THIS YEAR I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO GET JOB IN ANY PUBLIC SECTOR . IT IS GOING TO COST ME A YEAR...... WHAT SHOULD I DO GOING TO HIGH COURT WILL COST MORE THAN 1 YEAR

we are making a chain system and our first target is to make rohtak 100% literate in 1 year and every student goes to school. our main motto is to choose children from slum area and children are not capable to go to school due to physical and social reasons and specially those financially not capable and migrants and from slum and workers child becouse every child have right to learn and make his/her dream true and then admit to them to the nearest govt. school

I have not written this reform as if it is not impossible to put into action. There are institutions in India which are already following the above reforms suggested.

This period can be used by the government for interaction with the people. Say introducing “Ideas for development in your town”. To combat the evil of prise rise the salary paid by private employers must be equal to that of government. This can be done effectively if a proper plan is implemented within a short time without the private people knowing about it. I can provide more details about this mechanism in my next communication.

Further the teachers can get compulsory two month paid vacation. During this time the services of private school and college lecturers can be used by the government (as the quasi-governmental employees) for a remuneration. They can be used for conducting surveys implementing programmes, conducting seminars organised by government and getting their views on development ideas etc. More importantly they will be indirectly channelling development thoughts across all section of the society.

Third students can avoid the heat of the summer and it will solve many health problems. Fourth conducting election in may will not harm the student’s education.

Second it allows the second, third and final year students to pursue different courses like dancing, singing, painting, computer skills development, internships, events management, etc. for a full two months period. It also provides ample opportunities for part time jobs during the summer season. Also kids need not feel the heat during the months of April and May. Solves lot of health problems also.

WHY THIS REFORM First it regularizes the education system all across the country. Anyone in any state can go to any university in any other state without any date management problems.

Any staff asked to work in the college during this period the college must submit extra remuneration to the staff through a channel in the government and this will be paid to the staff.) Seventh, check the menace of donations and money in school/ college admissions.

Sixth, curb the rampant expansion of private colleges. Nationalise the good ones if needed and shut down the rest if they keep on exploiting the students. (Make the teachers working in these institutions quasi government employees. Here I want to explain that during the month of April and May make the teachers quasi government employees. This can be done by asking the college give compulsory vacation to all teaching staff during this period.
