The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

The new update are done for smartphone such as miui for Xiaomi, other like oppo, vivo, all are in different aspects, we checked that they are potentially able to transmit the users data with using low connectivity, they now newly created software download as rom extra taken internal memory, of 2.17 gb of zip file means it has higher security with compressed huge software, difficult hack by us but they can get any information by this,they consuming data and battery as android system

Despite a proliferation of assessments in many countries, including national examinations, sample-based assessments and the everyday classroom assessment practices deployed by teachers, developing countries face challenges in ensuring that assessment data effectively informs policy and practice.

Strengthening learning assessment systems is a priority area for GPE’s Knowledge and Innovation Exchange. In order to improve learning outcomes, a range of interventions is necessary to support developing countries in ensuring strong systems to monitor what their students are learning.

Regulatory quality requires that countries manage both the stock of existing regulations and the flow of new regulations to sustain growth and maximise welfare. Regulations may easily become out of date and create unnecessary burdens on citizens and businesses. Most OECD countries have introduced burden-reduction programmes in an effort to counteract the growing layers of red tape.

According to the batch size, Assessor has to carry hard copies of individual practical test projects (Technical Drawings) on the day of assessment. • Assessor to coordinate with SSC monitoring team during the assessment session. Assessment Agency to share live video streaming weblink or connect using video calling through WhatsApp or Skype or duo during the assessment session. • Proper conduction of theory, practical and Viva for all the present candidates.
