Refresher training is essential in apprenticeships. Apprentice training may not be enough for first generation newcomers. So train as direct employees. The LCS system requires an additional three years of work. Apprentice training and three years of experience working directly in the LCS system will enable first generation ITI, Diploma and Engineering Apprentice graduates to become entrepreneurs.

The process of issuing vocational certification in experience should be simplified. It can be seen that many people who do not complete school education properly due to family circumstances work better than engineers in various professions. It is the duty of the government to give them a recognition.Certificates should be issued on the basis of probation and oral examinations. In the present system there are subjects like Mathematics, Science, etc.So many people do not come forward to write exam

We need to further simplify the process of issuing vocational certification based on experience. Many without certification have the same knowledge as engineers. Many are engaged in jobs like mechanic, electrician, plumber from an early age without learning any vocational education. They need special examination methods to issue the certificate. It is enough for them to have a trade theory and a practical test. No other lessons required. More questions need to be asked in the oral exams
