Entrepreneurial thinking is less for the younger generation who are learning new businesses from the first generation. In order to encourage the younger generation, ITI, Diploma and Bachelor graduates should be provided with a free set of tools and equipment by trade. This will give courage to the first generation of young people who have learned a profession. The government should help the first generation of educated people in this situation of rising unemployment.

Skill development trainings are provided to encourage entrepreneurs in the service sector. The government should provide free trade-wise hand tools and equipment to those who complete the apprenticeship training to make young people entrepreneurs. The younger generation of trainees should realize that vocational training is not only for working in other companies but also for entrepreneurship. That's why the government should come up with a plan to provide free hand tools

Students who complete vocational & apprenticeship training should be provided with their departmental professional hand tool box free of cost. For example the government should provide hand tools and small drill machines to students who complete their apprenticeship in mechanics. Tools are the only thing that motivates entrepreneurship. This should be provided on the day of completion of training. The government should provide free hand tools box to those who have already completed their training
