The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Government should offer successfully meritorious students free of cost to start their own skill development services for updating the nearby peoples where they live so that society can benefited and trust their skills.

एनसीवीटी और एससीवीटी के तहत मान्यता की सबसे प्रमुख शर्त यह जोड़ी जाय कि हरेक संस्थान को उन सभी ट्रेड का व्यवसायिक आउटलेट का संचालन अनिवार्य होगा जिन ट्रेड का प्रशिक्षण देते हैं। सैद्धांतिक शिक्षण के साथ साथ सभी प्रतिभागियों को अनिवार्य हो कि प्रायोगिक व व्यवहारिक कक्षाओं में अवश्य सामिल होगे। इस प्रकार बेहतर एम्पलायबल प्रशिक्षित प्रतिभागी निकलेंगे। छात्रों को उत्पादन गतिविधियों में भाग लेने के लिए मानदेय दिया जाना चाहिए जिससे फीस का बोझ उन पर कम हो सके। आत्मनिर्भरता मूलमंत्र हो सबका।

I think the education system should be changed, it should not be their just to let the students repeat whatever the teacher tought them. It should be there to developed the skills and to recognise the talent which is hidden inside the children. As a student it's my view toward the education system. Thank you, Neha Bisht
