The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

vocational trenning के लिए अनुभव से ज्यादा अनुभूति मायने रखती है याने के अगर कोइ कायॅ करना है उनकी प्रति रूचि हो ओर लगन हो अच्छा करने की ओर इतना ही नही अच्छा करने की चाह होगी तो बेस्ट होगा।ओर फिर यही कारण बनेगा डिमान्ड का ओर डिमान्ड तभी होगी बढेगी खुद से कायॅ बोलेगा कि मै बेस्ट वह अनुभव से प्रक्टिकल से इन्टरेसतो वोकेशनल मे लोगो इन्टरेस बने ऐसी तरह वह प्रोत्साहन भी मिलना। चाहिए, वेल्यू भी हो यह जरुरी ह जाता है।जैसे कि गोदडी याने ओढने बिछाने की आती है वह छोटे छोटे कापड से बनाते लोग पढे लिखे बिना

It is proposed to allocate AA to AB through random system using AI in phase 2. When an agency is accorded dual responsibilities of both AA and AB, how both responsibilities will be kept independent of each other? In such case will AB role shall be assessed by own role as AA or AB role has to be assessed by some other AA?

What would the charging basis of Assessment Agencies? Will it be a fixed charge decided by NCVET or it would be a mutual agreement between AA and AB.

The agencies should have some regulatory authority to monitor the works of assessment authority. the assessment should be free and fair.

I think it is very important in nowadays. It addresses the issue related to quality in outcome through standardised national norms, continuous quality governance leading to identification and promotion of best in class Assessment Agencies.

Mygov innovation को सठिकता पुर्वक जिम्मेदारी वहन करने के उत्तर ब॓गाल के चाय बगानों के श्रमिक परिवारों के लिए स्वस्थ्य संबन्धित सेवा के साथ साथ ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में हेल्थ केयर ट्रेनिंग प्राप्त हम जैसे बहुत सारें बेरोजगारी जो गावों बस्ति बागानों से काम करने के लिए दुसरे राज्यों में कमाई करने को मजबूर हैं।क्या उत्तर बंगाल के बदहाल चाय बगानों के श्रमिक सदस्यो सिर्फ भोट बैक अगर हर क्षेत्र में युवा युवती ट्रेनिंग दें,ताकि सरकार की स्किल्स इनोवेशन प्लेटफार्म मिला तो..क्युकी गरिब श्रमिको में खुबी है।

The National Assessment and Evaluation body should formulate such a system , that the fake Institutes , which get stand in a night , have to be out. They must be under strict and live vigil. Such Institutes grows very fast , without any experience and knowledge of that particular sector. They just collect money from students or from Govt and flee off. The agency must regular check the level of their faculty as well as of students. It's better to get No Knowledge.

ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सरकार को चाहिए कि एक टूरिस्ट हब बनाया जाए, जिससे विदेशी टूरिस्टों को इन्हें करीब से देखने का मौका मिले। पक्की सड़कें तो अब आआपने बना ही दी हैं तो, हर 50 गांव के केंद्र में एक बस अड्डा होना चाहिए, जहां तकरीबन सारी सुविधाएं उपलब्ध हों और उस बस अड्डे में केवल गांव वालों को दुकान बनाकर देनी चाहिए ताकि उन्हें रोजगार मीले एवं वहाँ केवल मेक इन इंडिया ब्रांड की वस्तुएं बिकें। हमारा देश ऐसे काफी तरक्की करेगा🙏🏾
