The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

जैसे एक टीचर यदि सही से 100,बच्चों को padata है तो वह 100 बच्चों को सही knowledge दे सकता है और भविष्य उज्जवल कर सकता है इसके विपरित यदि वह सही से नहीं padata है तो वह उनके भविष्य को उजागर नहीं कर सकता। इसी तरह स्किल देना ओर देकर उसको प्रयोग में ना लेना भी एक जरूरी विषय है

जो व्यक्ति काम करने के योग्य है परन्तु अपने होम पर रहकर वह किसी कारण से काम नहीं कर पा रहे है उनको जानकारी देकर और न्यी स्किल देकर बेहतर परिणाम की अपेक्षा की जा सकती हैं

इसके लिए नॉन स्किल लोगों की पहचान कर,उन्हें ट्रेंड करना होगा ,ताकि वे व्यवहारिक रूप से और अधिक कार्यकुशलता से कार्य करें तथा बेहतर कमाई कर सके।

I wish state government and union government invests in Private sector industries and startups and provide support to them by giving access to CSIR, DRDO and all major research universities to develop various products through Aatmnirbhar bharth program just like the government is disinvesting the Core public sector industries. This mutual public private partnership and the adding government office worker features into private sector will increase the amount of funds for government.
