Present education system is based on learning only. Education system should be based on learning, capability, skill, expertise, competency, abilities (support, implement, assess, process, test, audit, etc.) Educational Assessment criteria is presently based on irrelevant exams/ tests. Assessment criteria should be self assessment based on framework model.

Dear PM Sir, In my opinion, a person who is skilled, but never gone to school or have minimal education, school dropout, incomplete school, who can operate mobile phone, and is achieved 16 or any higher age must be granted ITI, and given Fundamental Education Completed certificate. I believe that, person is already utilizing unique skill to survive. this boosts the moral of individual, get decent job or regular employment. encourage the individual to wards gaining more skills and experience.
