The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Why can't our IIT's IIM's'IiSc etc. take this responsibilities as they are more competent in knowledge and training ?

AA should be principled,hard working,decision making,co-operative,friendly,nation loving,strong minded,honest,disciplined,human,knowing ground realities etc. etc. so as to deliver good results.

In you tube channel Uyirmey Tamilan he is challenging Modi could not stop the rape inc;dents and he wrote a letter to Trump He cheated everybody by telling of he is the exarmy caption, bit really he was a sports trainig student in army for three years. but on completion of hisvfirst year he was arrested by Indian military for his misbehaving and he kept for Jail under minus degree case. Accrding to his all vedios talkings something is wrong in him and some evil gang must behind at him.

cont..... wort to submit here that comprehensive guidelines,instructions may be issued to implementing agencies and assessment be done as per same * that provision of 1_ 2 lectures of industry ,bank, marketing experts must be incorporated in syllabous so the undergoing trainees may be aware of fundamentals of start up & may remove their confusion,/hesitation ,if.any.

cont... *whether the premises,location,classroom are airy,with proper lightening,adequate tools* equipments for trg. * is the trainer has skill for imparting trg. & level of trained trainees. *how many trainees are willing to start their own business. *the mode of payment of rent, honorarium to trainees,,purchase vouchers, Certificates of Chartered Accountants must be got verified from concerned bank,shop,CA,,landlord. by Assessing authority. contd....
