The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

Consider giving two weeks' notice .

Regulation agencies itself must have strict descipline to assess others. Assessment to be executed with logics and should not carry any political backup.

Recognition and regulation of Assessment agencies should be fair,impartial and transparent.Because the future of trainees and the effective quality will have direct effect on outcome of work.Practicality has to be considered.

I just want to share my opinion.Education is important but govt. should focus on practical type of education because student can easily understand by practically as comparision to written work.

The skill base education should be started from the middle classes , although in the new education policy in is introduced and this is the appreciable step of the present government .

The courses in NCVET should be designed in the way which is more and more useful for the students and their career. Focus on computer education should be given. The new techniques in computer hardware and software should be involved in the training syllabus.

In urban area also a number of persons are here they are more and more skilled in different areas , although they have no formal degree or training certificate . They should also be recognized and awarded.
