The National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET) was notified by the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE) vide Notification No. D-17/113/2017-E&PW on 5th December 2018, to regulate the functioning of entities engaged in Vocational Education and Training.

In pursuance of the mandate of NCVET, the ‘Guidelines for Recognition and Regulation of Assessment Agencies’ have been formulated by laying the objective, foundation principles & approach, structure, proposed models of assessment for recognizing and regulation of Assessment agencies under NCVET.

The Guidelines is posted on the public domain- MyGov portal, to solicit comments/suggestions, if any, from the public/stakeholders and all are requested to convey their suggestions/comments on the Guidelines latest by 18.10.2020.

There is no guideline regarding process of recruitment of staff in assessment agencies and Awarding bodies and also about eligibility of staff. A transparent process of recruiting staff for these agencies should be introduced and scope should be given to all to participate in such process. Favouritism and discrimination should not be allowed in this process.

Skill should be 1. Traditional 2. contemporary and 3. casting present trend.Traditional- pottery,horn work, bamboo work etc . Contemporary- tailoring, embroidery, fashion design etc 3. mobile or electronic repair, automobiles repair etc.Skill set should be promoted on schools along with general education and in community youths.It aims at sustainable economic and social development, solving of unemployment, poverty and illiteracy to the maximum extent.It guide to corruption and social odds.

why inventions/or registration for invitations takes place in foreign countries, inventions are taking place in india also.but inventors are not motivated/encouraged here.they feel their invention/ideas will be, theft/arrogated by big company, government doesn't allow the people to experiment, why? in foreign countries govt allow the people, inventions comes,and registers on their name.so it giantly needed to format the system. involvement of all countrymen is needed in develop/inventions.

Upon receipt of the application form, all applications will be reviewed and if the applicant fulfils the requirements as specified in the proposed draft regulation,the application shall be placed before the Screening committee for making recommendations to the Authority for recognition of theAuditing Agency.If necessary the committee can conduct assessment of theauditors of the Agency before grantingrecognition. Assessment can include Oral Interview or written exam as the committee decide.

ट्रेनिंग सेंटर को हब एंड स्पोक सिस्टम से डेवलोपमेन्ट किया जाय। मजदूरों को स्किल अप करने के लिए। यह बहुत ही अच्छा सस्ता और प्रामाणिक है। इसका ज्यादा से ज्यादा उपयोग बहुत ही फायदेमंद है। इसमें नवीन कोर्स को भी एड किया जाना चाहिये।

जिस तरह से 11th में हमे फील्ड चुनाव का ऑप्शन प्राप्त होता है कि आगे की पढ़ाई हम किस फील्ड में करना चाहते है। उसी में तकनीकी शिक्षा को भी एड किया जाय।

टीएसपी और असेसिंग बॉडी गर्वमेंट ही होना चाहिए जिससे इनरोलमेंट छात्रों का सही से एवोल्यूशन किया जा सके। अभी एसटीपी और असेसिंग बॉडी ज्यादातर प्रायवेट बॉडी है। जिसमें शिक्षा कम व्यवसाय ज्यादा है
