There is no guideline regarding process of recruitment of staff in assessment agencies and Awarding bodies and also about eligibility of staff.
A transparent process of recruiting staff for these agencies should be introduced and scope should be given to all to participate in such process. Favouritism and discrimination should not be allowed in this process.

In charge or chief of any agency should be free from corruption hence promoted by highest points or rating by internal voting among the employees as most transparent or honest.

Gandhiji said , "learn while earn, earn while learn".vocational education plays a vital role among the youngsters. It not only helps them to earn money but also leads them on the right path of earning. So I suggest more vocational trainings to be given at the school level to build confidence that they can survive without the fear of famine.
